The HSSLC Examination and Class XI Promotion Examination 2019 commences from 12th February 2019 and HSLC Examination 2019 from the 13th February 2019.
In HSSLC Examination a total of 15820 candidates (Arts-11860, Commerce-1319, Science-2641) are enrolled and will be appearing from 54 provisional examination centres. Out of 15820 candidates, 8335 are girls and 7485 are boys. The stream-wise break up figures of boys and girls are:
In Arts stream, regular candidates from 154 institutions are enrolled whereas in commerce and science stream, the candidates are from 32 and 41 institutions respectively.
A total of 17027 students will also be appearing for the Class XI Promotion Examination 2019.
In HSLC Examination, there are 23189 candidates out of which, 11175 boys and 12014 girls will be appearing for the examination from 79 provisional examination centres and 2 sub centres.
665 schools are presenting 19953 regular candidates for the HSLC examination. 3232 candidates are repeaters. 2 students are appearing again to improve their result and there are 2 cases of change of centre.
In HSLC Examination, Dimapur district have the highest enrolment of 7598 candidates followed by Kohima district with 3929 candidates.
With the examinations on, the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) convey its best wishes to all the candidates appearing for the examination. All candidates are requested to reach the examination centre in time by moving out from home early. It also requests all the Centre Superintendents and the Invigilators to conduct the examinations as per the rules.
